Shipping & Returns

We deliver your tea from Iran , wherever you are in the world. Orders are sent via Iran National Air Freight and most shipments will typically take between 2-3 weeks, depending on the location
The maximum weight for each shipment is 10 kg, for example, if you want to buy 15 kg of tea, a 10 kg package and a 5 kg package will be sent to you.
The higher the weight of the package, the lower the cost will be.
For instance, a package of 1 kg will cost about 20 EUR and a package of 10 kg will cost about 10 EUR per kg.

We will send  a tracking number as soon as possible after the package leaves customs. It is not uncommon for the tracking numbers to take a couple of weeks before updating. We appreciate your patience. Please include all necessary information for customs declarations for your country. If a parcel is held by customs and not allowed to enter your country, we will not be held responsible.

Returns

We do not accept any returns at this time, all sales are final
