This tea embodies the sweet taste attributes of spring Guilan tea, coupled with the intricate floral aromas reminiscent of blooming orange blossoms and jasmine flowers, generously bestowed upon your cup. Special handcrafted SarCheshme Tea is one of the highly sought-after creations of the Lo Family, meticulously produced in limited quantities during the earliest days of spring harvest. This tea is crafted by expert hands using tried-and-true methods of Lo Tea, with the aim of achieving the highest level of floral and sweet fragrance characteristic of Iranian tea. The finesse of handpicking and handling during the plucking process can greatly facilitate this goal.

For the production of this tea, the most eager spring buds are selected. These buds are harvested during the initial days of plucking, when only limited buds are visible on the bushes. These buds, brimming with eagerness in the cold and misty atmosphere of the month of Farvardin (April), are chosen to initiate the year's harvest. The temperature variations between night and day during spring can intensify the intricacies of the floral aroma and the concentration of sweet scents in the tea. Thus, we embark on the production of Handcrafted Sar Cheshme Tea, at a time when there is no sign of buds on other plants or tea production in other tea-growing regions. The annual harvest begins with these selected buds.

The plucking operation is conducted logically from suitable buds to ensure the best possible processing by hand in the following stages. Upon transfer to the workshop, the tea processing begins with the objective of achieving the highest level of fragrance complexity. The processing procedure is a fusion of tested specialized methods from Lo Tea, executed skillfully by our farmers in manual processing.

It's important to note that each manual production yields approximately 400 grams of dried tea. The process of crafting Hand-Made Sar Cheshme Tea is time-consuming and delicate, yet if executed optimally and systematically, it results in an exceptional and unique tea output. An enticing example that can bring to life the true flavor stories that our ancestors have shared about traditional handcrafted tea.
